And I don’t mean a trip to The Container Store!
There is a method to the madness when it comes to Kinetic Spark. We love addressing operations of a business and that includes our own. We practice what we preach. If we are going to consult regarding workflows, systems, processes… we better have ours set up too. PLUS we love it.
Nothing brings us a bigger smile than helping a business owner construct the operations of their business, and watching them take a deep organic breath once they are out from under that heavy weight.
Most owners start a business out of passion. Sometimes that passion can get lost or become foggy. Sometimes, out of day-to-day survival, things start piling up and one or more areas become neglected – and then suddenly (not so suddenly) these become systemic issues and nothing works right. At Kinetic Spark we don’t want businesses to just survive (even though Gloria Gaynor is a QUEEN). We want them to THRIVE. We want owners to remember the passion they had when they started, employees to enjoy their work, and the business to have customers lining up at the door!
Oh, I will thrive
As long as I have Kinetic Spark
I know I’ll stay alive
I’ve got a business to ignite
I’ve got customers to serve
I will thrive, I will thrive, hey, hey

Here’s how we can help you find the melody.
We start with a Discovery Evaluation – a dive into the inner workings of the business. We take a look at the people and data that effect your operations, your finances, and how customers receive care. We want to know the challenges, causes, solutions, and potential new opportunities.
A Discovery Evaluation is like the blueprint for a house. It sets a foundation and plan for the rest of the work. It helps guide execution and ensures the implementation is successful. The first step is figuring out where to focus your efforts. At Kinetic Spark we help to outline priorities, structure implementation, and create organization in the midst of change. All the time and energy you spend on transforming your business should provide optimal results.
For us, it feels like following a map to the buried treasure. The journey is exciting along the way, you get to learn a lot of new things, and the outcome is GOLD! (Metaphorically, of course. Perhaps in the form of starts on Yelp). Whether you own a newer business or one that has been long standing, you must organize your goals, optimize your systems, and ensure you have the right butts in the right seats.
