Executive Leadership Roundtable:
Your "WTF List"
Date and Time: 8/13 at 11am-12pm MST (Virtual)
10am PT | 12pm CT | 1pm ET

Read below to get details about this quarter’s Round Table. And if you’re in, then fill out the form to save yourself a seat!
Lately my clients have been needing me for the things that just pop-up. Things that are unexpected, unique situations, surprises, new kinds of people-problems they haven’t had before. We discuss the challenge, I ask questions, we figure out the cause, I offer perspective, and give advice. Then they’re able to be more responsive instead of reactive, and make effective progress on whatever new thing popped up that made them say “What the actual fudruck!?”
Then I got to thinking — if my clients are all dealing with these random shenanigans, then I bet many other leaders are too. Maybe it’s in the air. Maybe it’s the moon. Who knows.
- Has an otherwise confident employee suddenly lost confidence in their abilities and you’re not sure what’s going on?
- Did a heated argument suddenly break out during a crucial meeting, and apparently there’s bad blood no one ever told you about?
- Did a group of employees essentially stage a coup on their manager, and unexpectedly send you a bunch of disgruntled feedback, and now you need to have a tough conversation?
- Is another member on the leadership team facing an unexpected personal crisis and you’re trying to balance supporting their needs, and addressing all the balls they’ve been dropping at work?

How it works:
- Each Round Table has a focused topic, a facilitated discussion, open forum for leaders to share from experience, and opportunities for coaching and Q&A.
- We aim to curate a group of senior leaders who will gain a large benefit from participating, provide diverse perspectives from varying industries, and will show up as a contributor to the discussion.
